This dynamic role combines strategic vision with execution, ensuring our brand narratives resonate with target audiences across diverse platforms. Join us in creating engaging campaigns that reflect our adventurous spirit! Key Responsibilities: Strategic Paid Media Collaboration: Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms. Utilize insights for enhanced targeting, creative selection, and campaign testing. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights for improved ROI. Maintain a content calendar ensuring timely and effective campaign execution. Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement social media strategies for Winter Park Resort and Trestle Bike Park. Curate content to align with campaigns, product launches, and storytelling efforts. Engage with our community actively to foster relationships while maintaining brand voice. Work with content creators, PR teams, and partners for high-quality deliverables. Stay current with platform trends and innovate strategies to boost visibility. Content Development & Distribution: Oversee engaging blog and web content creation to drive traffic and enhance SEO. Ensure consistency with social media and paid initiatives while preserving brand voice. Collaborate with product and events teams to promote seasonal offerings. Coordinate with creative teams to maintain high content quality. Messaging & Copywriting: Craft and edit compelling copy for advertisements, social media, blogs, and websites. Develop messaging frameworks for consistent communication across campaigns. Guide contributors in content direction and editing. Analytics & Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to monitor social, content, and paid media performance. Compile regular reports on KPIs, engagement, and revenue impacts. Utilize insights for strategy refinement and channel optimization. Leadership: Mentor and develop the Social Media & Content Specialist within your team. Foster a collaborative, accountable marketing culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with resort goals. Lead marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring effective teamwork. Success Factors: Demonstrated expertise in social and paid media. Analytical mindset to drive strategic decision-making. Able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Strong collaborative abilities across teams and agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in social media management and marketing. Experience in the hospitality or travel sector is preferred. A passion for outdoor activities and mountain life is highly desirable. Salary: The salary range for this role is $67K to $76K annually, based on experience, education, and qualifications. Additional regional-specific benefits are provided. Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move a minimum of 40 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity is required for office work and equipment use. Ability to perform tasks requiring auditory and visual acuity. Capable of working extended periods sitting, bending, and speaking. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, and pull occasionally. Engage in continuous communication with guests and team members. Working Conditions: Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions. Typical noise levels are moderate. Minimal travel required, primarily local. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
