Job Description Summary: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Life Sciences Software Sales Consultant to champion and sell our advanced software and cloud services to top-tier pharmaceutical and medical device companies across the United States. This position offers the opportunity to leverage Oracle's extensive suite of clinical, trial management, and pharmacovigilance products, as well as our state-of-the-art AI data platform for research and the Agentic Life Sciences Suite for clinical applications. Key Skills / Experience Required: 5 - 10 years of proven experience in software application sales, ideally within the clinical trial sector.

A track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.

Knowledge and understanding of the life sciences industry and the products we offer are highly advantageous.

Exceptional skill in prospecting and qualifying to uncover new business opportunities.

Demonstrated success in complex software sales with the ability to effectively close deals.

Strategic mindset to identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the market.

Ability to engage stakeholders across various levels and effectively communicate the value of Oracle Health Sciences.

A collaborative spirit with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong customer relations, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Experience in direct selling to end customers.

Organized and deadline-oriented, with a proven ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and activity updates.

In this dynamic role, you will focus on selling health sciences software and solutions, managing thorough sales processes through forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. You will develop comprehensive solution proposals and actively participate in crafting and presenting our unique value proposition. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing and contracts to close sales successfully and establishing strategic relationships with key influencers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to sell business applications software and related services to both potential and existing clients. You will manage sales with a focus on forecasting, resource allocation, and account strategy creation. This also includes crafting and presenting proposals that meet customer needs, negotiating contracts to finalize sales, and cultivating strategic alignment with influential third parties. Compensation: The hiring range for this role in the US is $126,600 to $207,300 per annum, with eligibility for equity and a commission structure reflecting a pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
