Requirements Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Outstanding relationship-building capabilities. Experience in navigating computer systems and managing multiple software applications simultaneously. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. High School Diploma or GED required. Fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong focus on customer service with effective communication skills. Experience in handling a high volume of calls. Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Maintain a professional and polished appearance. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Evaluate and comprehend customer needs, offering detailed insights on product features and options. Stay well-informed about products to recommend appropriate choices to customers. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively multi-task while prioritizing customer needs and adapting as necessary. Team up with colleagues to guarantee exceptional service delivery. Greet customers warmly with a positive demeanor. Additional Responsibilities Keep your workspace tidy and organized. Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.
