About Our Design Team
Our Design team is committed to maximizing marketing effectiveness and optimizing digital conversions. We enhance user journeys across web platforms by leveraging data-driven strategies, aiming to increase revenue through effective conversion funnels.
Your Responsibilities
Identify user challenges and convert them into clear product requirements.
Conduct foundational user research with support from experienced team members.
Articulate your design decisions and the rationale behind them clearly.
Demonstrate how your designs address user needs while aligning with business goals.
Adhere to established quality assurance processes, collaborating with teammates to prioritize tasks and ensure visual consistency.
Approach design with a comprehensive perspective on the complete Zoom ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For A solid understanding of user research techniques, including data gathering, analysis, and synthesis.
Proficiency in interaction design principles and effective digital product development.
Familiarity with design system frameworks and documentation of components.
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers, along with a basic understanding of front-end and back-end concepts.
A user-centric mentality with a strong awareness of diverse personas and their needs.
Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality are essential.
Adaptable and resilient to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation The salary range for this position is: Minimum:
$87,600 Maximum:
$186,000 Your total compensation package may include base salary, bonuses, and equity, reflecting your skills and experience.
