Job Title:

Lead Salesforce Administrator Comscore is seeking an expert Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business needs and innovative Salesforce solutions. Your focus will be on maintaining data integrity, improving system health, and fostering user adoption. This is an internal-facing position where you will collaborate with colleagues at various levels and across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Perform system administration and configuration tasks.

Oversee daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, workflows, validation rules, and automation (flows) to optimize operations in line with Comscore's evolving business needs.

Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.

Maintain comprehensive system documentation and develop training materials for end-users.

Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities to uphold database health.

Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes.

Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning administration experience in a mid-to-large organization, with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its customization options.

Salesforce certification is required.

Proven ability to manage a Salesforce production environment, leading enhancements from discovery to implementation and user adoption.

Strong understanding of CRM strategies, data models, and revenue processes.

Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is preferred.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.

Solid understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex and its integration with low-code solutions.

Knowledgeable about the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, specifically as implemented with Salesforce's CPQ solution.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users at all levels.

Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Comfortable working in an agile setting alongside a small team of administrators.

Proactive in addressing challenges, taking initiative to solve problems beyond just reactive support.

Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000; commensurate with experience.
