Your role and responsibilities Lead the design and technical pre-sales activities for OTM implementations. Collaborate closely with sales teams to grasp client requirements and develop tailored OTM solutions to meet business needs. Create and deliver engaging solution design presentations, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs for key stakeholders. Co-lead Oracle demonstrations alongside Oracle Solution Engineers to explore new opportunities. Conduct demos for both existing and prospective clients. Assist in crafting implementation proposals, cost estimates, RFI and RFP responses, while providing expert insights into OTM capabilities. Support sales teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, addressing technical queries effectively and ensuring a seamless transition into project delivery. Stay informed on the latest OTM updates, best practices, and functionalities to provide clients with industry-leading knowledge. Required technical and professional expertise A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with OTM as a delivery consultant, with a focus on implementation and solution design. Strong capabilities in leading client engagements, facilitating workshops, and conducting solution walkthroughs. Experience in estimating implementation timelines and costs for small, medium, and large transformational projects across multiple months. Proven aptitude in creating and presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences, articulating clear value and benefits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in other Oracle practices is an added advantage.
