Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to address their key business challenges.
Analyze client business processes, IT controls, and identify management risks.
Design comprehensive solutions for complex business requirements and collaborate with our Technical Services team for configuration and integration.
Leverage your IT expertise to pinpoint risks and opportunities for process enhancements.
Provide consultancy on tax matters and utilize tax functionalities for remittances.
Define functional requirements clearly for the Technical Services team to facilitate automation and integration testing.
Customize financial reporting for better insights, including Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements.
Conduct in-depth analyses of general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and intercompany accounts.
Perform quality reviews on deliverables to ensure excellence within the team.
Continuously enhance your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
Collaborate effectively with teams such as Technical Account Managers and Premier Support.
Implement key internal business processes focused on maximizing customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant functional or technical experience in application-centric roles.
Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP solutions is beneficial.
Experience as a user or consultant in Planning and Budgeting (EPM) is an advantage.
Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach.
Ability to adapt solutions to diverse clients and various industries.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and fluctuating conditions.
A creative problem-solver able to conceptualize innovative solutions.
Strong client service focus and dedication to exceeding client expectations.
