Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be essential in showcasing our Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses. With a focus on building relationships, you will conduct presentations in person and over the phone, effectively explaining our offerings and closing deals in a fast-paced sales environment. Reporting to a District Manager, you will receive ongoing coaching to excel in your role.

Base Salary: $50,000
Residual Income: Continue earning from your established accounts
Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Additional financial incentives for exceeding sales goals
Expected Annual Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ Your total compensation will reflect your experience and performance. Join us and let’s build your future together! Job Duties In your role, you will: Close sales of our business solutions to local merchants.
Collaborate with your District Manager to set appointments and conduct scheduled meetings with business owners.
Utilize our CRM platforms for lead generation, client interaction, and contract processing.
Additional Responsibilities Prospect new clients actively.
Maintain client records systematically in our CRM system.
Meet production requirements, including setting appointments and securing sales quotas.
Continuously learn about our products and the financial technology industry.
Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Desired Skills & Capabilities Exceptional prospecting and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Driven by incentives with a strong sales acumen.
Professional attitude and high integrity.
A sense of urgency and natural talent for sales.
Enjoy direct engagement with clients both in-person and over the phone.
Familiarity with the Restaurant or Retail industry is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.
A valid driver's license is required for visiting client sites.
Must reside in proximity to the job location.
Willingness to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales.
