Job Description
Prepare accurate cost estimates for amenity centers, residential, and private parks projects. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and equipment costs. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate project evaluation. Research and source competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors. Maintain detailed records of all cost estimates and project budgets. Provide input during project planning and value engineering stages. Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes. Monitor ongoing projects to ensure alignment with budget estimates. A strong understanding of cost estimation principles and methodologies in the Property industry. Proven expertise in Construction projects, particularly amenity centers, residential, and private parks. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and project management.
