Estimator - Commercial/Residential General Contractor

In this position, you'll be responsible for crafting and overseeing detailed estimates that ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to guarantee cost accuracy throughout all phases of projects.
Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs and maintain up-to-date material pricing.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and detailed budgets.
Present your findings and estimates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Conduct detailed reviews and evaluations of subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and reliability.
Qualifications:
Proven estimating experience within the commercial or residential construction sector.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to foster collaboration.
Proficient with estimating software to streamline the estimating process.
Relocation assistance may be offered for highly qualified Senior Estimator candidates.
