The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to spearhead our digital identity initiatives, ensuring that security management strategies are intricately aligned with client business objectives. Your expertise will strengthen PAM solutions through the assessment of current capabilities, strategic design, and the implementation of effective governance frameworks.
Your key responsibilities
Lead comprehensive assessments of PAM capabilities and provide maturity benchmarks.
Devise customized PAM strategies and roadmaps that fulfill client goals.
Design target operating models and establish robust governance structures.
Develop thorough PAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct in-depth vendor evaluations and assessments.
Participate in innovative PAM transformation initiatives through design and architecture.
Re-engineer existing processes and policies to boost PAM effectiveness.
Oversee the integration and migration of PAM solutions smoothly.
Drive the discovery and remediation of privileged accounts and secrets.
Implement automation to optimize operational processes.
Skills and attributes for success
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engagement teams while providing technical guidance in security and IT risk solutions.
Foster an inclusive team culture and mentor junior consultants.
Deliver high-quality client services promptly and within budget, while identifying potential risks and business growth opportunities.
Utilize knowledge of industry trends to enhance client engagements and communicate findings effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience; or a graduate degree and about 4 years of related experience.
Hands-on experience with PAM solutions and technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
Insight into role-based access control and secret management solutions.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and familiarity with IGA solutions.
Foundational understanding of access control concepts (directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Java, C#) and process mapping.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally at an estimated rate of 40-60%.
Ideally, you’d also have:
Strong communication skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) or a commitment to obtain within a year.
Certifications from PAM vendors would be advantageous.
