Our team values diverse perspectives and backgrounds, all united by the goal of transforming healthcare. Key Responsibilities User Management and Support:

Oversee user and license management, including account creation and deactivation, role and permission assignments, and serve as the main point of contact for user support and troubleshooting.

Configuration and Customization:

Implement and manage configuration changes such as custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using tools like Flow Builder.

Data Management and Integrity:

Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing to uphold data quality and integrity within the system.

Reporting and Analytics:

Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.

Process Automation:

Create, build, and optimize business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize manual errors.

System Maintenance and Updates:

Monitor system performance, manage updates from Salesforce releases in a sandbox, and document processes and application changes.

Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to foster platform adoption and effective use.

Integration Support:

Collaborate in managing third-party application integrations and external system connections with Salesforce.

Required Qualifications and Skills Experience:

2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.

Certification:

Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce standard configuration (objects, fields, layouts, security controls).

Experience using Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

Solid understanding of CRM processes and best practices in data management.

Familiarity with data management tools such as Demand Tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

Experience with specific Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Basic knowledge of Apex or SQL is a plus.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $77,000 and $91,000 USD.
