Negotiate contract renewals, finalize expansion deals, and foster referrals and customer reviews. Analyze customer metrics, tracking and reporting on them to proactively manage risks and uncover opportunities. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to provide seamless customer experiences. Take ownership of your daily workflow, organizing and executing outreach with diligence and precision.
