To serve as a welcoming host and the vital source of information for our members, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Core Purpose:

To develop loyal, lifelong fans and dedicated exercise practitioners. Responsibilities: Warmly greet members and guests, offering a friendly and professional first impression. Share detailed information about gym services, programs, and membership options. Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Efficiently check in members and guests using gym management software. Manage check-in alerts and notifications effectively. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with essential supplies. Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail offerings. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all. Oversee inventory levels for beverages and other items while tracking sales performance. Conduct facility checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, including locker room and bathroom inspections. Qualifications: Preferred experience in customer service or a front desk role. A background or strong interest in the fitness industry is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gym management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Someone who embodies our Core Values! Requirements: CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Must complete all mandatory company training within 30 days of employment. Adhere to all current company policies and standard operating procedures. Able to navigate a gym setting and effectively communicate with employees, members, and the public. Must be able to bend routinely and lift items over 40 lbs. Competence in utilizing company computer systems for document preparation, data entry, and report retrieval.
