A reputable and growing company is on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join our talented team, specializing in structural concrete and large steel projects. We value excellence and enthusiasm in our workforce, and we're eager to find someone who shares our passion.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall completeness and accuracy of estimates while maintaining control of project budgets.
Conduct both conceptual and hard-bid estimating, including quantity take-offs, and pricing for materials and subcontractors to foster collaboration with owners and architects.
Review and approve project proposals and bid packages before presentation.
Lead client interactions to pursue new projects and prepare initial budget estimates for our valued repeat clients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience with a General Contractor is required.
Experience in self-performing work is a significant advantage.
Prior experience in commercial construction is essential.
Proficiency in developing Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction document budgets and estimates.
Familiarity with estimating software such as MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit, or BlueBeam is preferred.
