PI testing experience. Test management experience. Hands-on experience testing Certinia (FinancialForce) modules. Salesforce Administrator Certification. ISTQB/ISEB or equivalent software testing certification. Experience:
Manual testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Testing Certinia PSA and ERP/Finance modules. Functional, integration, regression, and system testing. Writing and executing SOQL and SOSL queries. Defect tracking using tools such as Jira or similar. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical designs. Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements. nalyze test results and provide clear reports to project teams. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Create and maintain test data for testing activities. Perform regression testing after fixes, enhancements, and Salesforce releases. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Mentor junior testers as needed. Perform sanity checks on test environments. Write and execute SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation. ssist in preparation of user manuals and training materials. Should Have:
Healthcare domain experience. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, or Katalon. Skills:
Salesforce Testing. Certinia (FinancialForce). Test Case Design. PI Testing. Test Management. SOQL / SOSL. Defect Tracking. gile Methodologies. Qualification and Education:
