Role Description
The Lead Wellbeing Strategist at Unity will take charge of creating, executing, and overseeing our global wellbeing programs. You will focus on areas such as mental health, physical health, financial wellness, and work-life balance. Your mission will be to seamlessly incorporate wellbeing initiatives into the employee experience, driving impactful and innovative solutions that foster a supportive workplace culture. Success in this role will involve managing key wellbeing programs, employing strategic thinking, building partnerships, and utilizing data to continually enhance our global wellbeing strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Program Integration:
Ensure wellbeing is embedded throughout the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding to manager training—aligning with Unity's overall Total Rewards strategy.
Global Mental Health Program Ownership:
Oversee our mental health benefits, including vendor management, utilization tracking, and program enhancements.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Collaborate with our People Analytics team to design survey metrics and analyze program data, leveraging insights to fine-tune our global strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the wellbeing expert in discussions with Executive Sponsors, HR leadership, and Benefits Specialists, ensuring our programming supports Unity's annual business objectives.
Continuous Improvement & Adoption:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement and promote new initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For Experience in managing wellbeing programs, organizational health, or benefits strategies.
A track record of designing and executing global wellbeing initiatives across the employee journey.
Strong vendor management skills, especially with mental health and financial wellness providers.
Outstanding analytical skills to track program usage, measure success, and extract actionable insights from survey data.
Excellent communication abilities to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
You Might Also Have Experience in fast-paced, technology-focused companies.
Familiarity with global wellbeing trends and innovative program development.
An interest in deepening expertise in mental health and financial wellness strategies.
