CUSTOMER SERVICE REP II - SSC (San Jose, California, United States, 95131)
Dal?Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to support our walk?in customers, answer inquiries, process sales, and handle order transactions in a fast?paced environment. Compensation:
$23.41$29.22 per hour, plus potential commission, bonus, and benefit packages. Primary Objective
Ensure efficient coordination between the company and its customers by processing sales orders and resolving product or service issues. Major Functions and Scope Customer account management: order entry, inquiry, product info, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management. Keying orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports. Interfacing with internal teams and SSCs to address inquiries from entry to delivery. Responding to customer needs. Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer service role. Experience with customer account management preferred; prior textile industry knowledge is a plus. Competencies
Excellent oral and written communication; professional voice quality. Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions, policies, and processing standards. Strong organizational, problem?solving, and interpersonal skills. Moderate computer skills in Word and Excel. Detail?oriented, multitasking, and time?management abilities in a fast?paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Regularly stand, use hands, and lift up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Requires close and peripheral vision. Benefits
