Senior Product Manager Tech, Media Planning and Measurement Job ID: 3182830 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Amazon Ads is a fast-growing business at Amazon, delivering billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily through a portfolio of self‑service performance advertising products that drive discovery and sales for our Retail and Marketplace businesses.

We’re seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own and evolve our media planning tools and advance reach‑planning functionality to deliver more accurate, actionable media plans for agencies and advertisers. You will bring planning capabilities to negotiated and automated agreements, enabling customers to plan against their goals through UX, API, and a new agentic experience. This is a high‑visibility leadership role on a close‑knit team where shared ownership, intellectual curiosity, and customer obsession drive everything we build.

In this role, you will set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and chart the highest‑impact path forward. You will work directly with agencies and advertisers to collect input, shape requirements, validate through user testing, and iterate on released features. You will drive prioritization across multiple development teams, align internal stakeholders, and own the go‑to‑market strategy alongside product marketing. As the owner of the platform, you will promote new capabilities to clients and sales teams, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption, all while ensuring every product decision reinforces trust and quality across the Amazon customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering large, complex, cross‑organizational programs from vision through launch. You have deep technical fluency and are comfortable diving into architecture, data pipelines, and science challenges alongside engineering teams. You thrive on unsolved problems at the intersection of advertising technology, planning science, and customer experience. You influence effectively without authority and operate comfortably in ambiguity while maintaining clear prioritization and stakeholder alignment.

Key job responsibilities

Define and own the product vision — identify use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and chart the highest‑impact path forward for our planning tools and capabilities

Drive critical product initiatives that deliver superior performance for advertisers, from strategy through execution

Lead cross‑functional execution — coordinate large, multi‑team projects on time, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, navigate trade‑offs, and balance business needs against technical constraints

Influence and align across organizations — bring diverse teams together around a shared vision and common goals, without relying on direct authority

Champion the platform — promote new capabilities to clients and sales teams, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption

Deeply understand the customer — work directly with agencies and advertisers to gather input, shape requirements, validate solutions, and anticipate emerging needs and market trends

Operate at every altitude — develop and drive high‑level strategic initiatives while being equally willing to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details to get the job done
