
Military Field Consultant - Part-Time - Bilingual

Join our dynamic team as a Military Field Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the military community. This remote, part-time position (20-30 hours/week) offers flexibility while requiring you to reside within 50 miles of a major military installation in Miami, FL. Please note that the listed pay rate is based on a 20-hour workweek.
As a Military Field Consultant, you will:
Travel across your designated area to promote awareness of essential military community services, offering support and resources to service members and their families.
Collaborate with family support resources, identifying areas in need and recommending enhancements to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Participate in community events to connect with the military community and provide valuable information directly.
Analyze service gaps and engage with various stakeholders, including Military OneSource and local community resources, to devise effective solutions.
Lead briefings and training sessions that foster relationships among military and civilian partners, enhancing collaboration and resource sharing.
Create presentation materials in partnership with military and civilian personnel to effectively communicate services available to families.
Help manage an online repository of state-specific family program information and support resources.
Ensure all interactions maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 4 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the military or a strong knowledge of military operations and services, with additional experience in networking-focused roles considered an asset.
Additional Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills and familiarity with military life.
Ability to tailor communications for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 80% within the designated area.
Project administration experience with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Background in customer service quality, marketing, recruiting, or counseling is advantageous.
