Job Overview Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Data Analyst, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our Salesforce eco-system. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence, coupled with the technical prowess to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Highlights of Your Role Engage with stakeholders across various business units to define and clarify reporting and analytics requirements. Deeply understand business processes and customer journeys to effectively align them with data. Create intuitive dashboards, datasets, lenses, and stories using Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics to convey actionable insights. Enhance CRM Analytics performance by refining queries, developing scalable recipes, and designing reusable datasets. Lead data transformation initiatives, including dataflows and datasets; develop wireframes and functional stories for dashboards. Prepare and cleanse data for visual representation through profiling, partitioning, modeling, and volume assessment. Align performance metrics across business units with strategic goals. Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and gaps that lead to actionable insights. Present findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and compellingly. Stay updated on Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau features, recommending enhancements to our current solutions. You're a Good Fit If You Have (or Can) A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. A proven ability to convey compelling narratives through data visualizations, particularly with CRM data. Attention to detail, emphasizing data accuracy and process standardization. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau, along with Salesforce report capabilities. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including CRM Analytics and SAQL. Expertise in dashboard visualization best practices. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages; familiarity with ETL tools and APIs. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing large datasets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with additional Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus. Additional Desired Experience Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred. Familiarity with BigQuery, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models. Experience mentoring other analysts and data engineers. Also Required A minimum of five years of experience in data warehousing or data engineering. Familiarity with CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub or Azure Repos) and workflow management frameworks (e.g., DBT). Compensation The salary range for this position is $111,000 - $135,000 annually.
