Senior Client Services Specialist

is a critical role dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients. You will play a key part in ensuring that their banking needs are met seamlessly through the integrated provision of Depository, Loan, and Treasury Management services. In this dynamic position, you will utilize your banking expertise to support clients effectively while adhering to regulatory requirements and banking protocols. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is essential, along with a strong focus on problem-solving and organization to consistently exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries. Proactively reach out to clients to deliver outstanding service while maintaining compliance with company policies. Independently manage loan servicing requests, including advances, pay-downs, and related documentation with precision. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients by facilitating account openings and processing necessary documentation. Act as the primary contact for client servicing, managing the documentation and disclosures required for deposit accounts. Ensure accurate data representation and coordination across various banking functions while completing onboarding procedures. Safeguard regulatory excellence by managing BSA/RFI requests and ensuring KYC/EDD compliance during client onboarding. Resolve disputes related to Reg E, fraud, and check processing errors. Efficiently manage all deposit account-related client inquiries and changes. Uphold banking operational excellence through timely processing of all requests and documentation. Communicate effectively with internal departments to maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. Participate in client visits and relationship reviews to build and strengthen client connections. Support Relationship Managers by managing dashboards and maintaining ongoing communication regarding client activities. What You Bring: 5-7 years of client service experience in the financial services industry. A proven ability to address client needs, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support in banking. Expertise in banking products, specifically in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management. The ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure to ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency in banking systems and software, enabling efficient account management and issue resolution. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for report generation and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex banking concepts effectively. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure quality standards. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience. Consideration of an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may apply.
