As a Senior Digital Experience Analyst, you'll collaborate with teams across Hilton, including Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales, making a significant impact on our executive leadership initiatives. On the Digital Experience Analytics team, you will contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Hilton's Digital Owned Channels through data analytics.

Your Impact:
In this role, your contributions will focus on critical responsibilities around analysis and strategic insights:
Deliver analyses that respond to key business questions and clarify impacts on performance.
Use data storytelling to communicate insights effectively to various audiences, including decision-makers.
Translate channel performance data into actionable visualizations, driving understanding and accountability.
Provide measurement recommendations for new digital products while advising on analytics tagging requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business teams to establish success metrics based on analytical insights.
Cooperate across departments within Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Full Service to ensure rigorous, standardized measurement practices.
Your Deliverables:
Create standardized reporting, dashboards, and metrics for streamlined communication and performance tracking.
Analyze customer engagement data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who meet these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional experience, including at least two (2) years in analytics.
Demonstrated experience leading analyses, projects, or workstreams independently.
Familiarity with digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for at least one (1) year.
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency with a coding language or query tool, such as SQL, Alteryx, R, or Python.
Experience using digital analytics debugging tools like Omnibug or Charles.
A BA/BS degree in an analytical field is desired.
Experience in product/digital roles within the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.

Hilton offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, an employee stock purchase plan, a 401(k) savings plan, generous paid time off, and more. The annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, contingent on experience and location. Eligible team members may also participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive Plan.
