Mortgage Loan Partner II
and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to borrowers and realtor partners. We welcome candidates with experience related to the mortgage industry who are eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. Under the guidance of the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for various key activities, including: Delivering Outstanding Service from Contract to Close
Distribute disclosures to borrowers, ensuring an updated Needs List is included, and aim to receive necessary documents within 48 hours. Conduct a quality control review upon receipt of final paperwork, ensuring all documents align with checklists, organizing asset/income details, and submitting the file to processing within 24 hours of receipt.
Communicating with Realtors
Facilitate introductions of new contracts to realtors via email and ensure the Loan Originator makes a follow-up call to both agents. Provide weekly status updates to realtors every Tuesday.
Coordinating Smooth Closings
Ensure all documents are prepared for closing within 48 hours. Participate in productive weekly status calls and pipeline meetings with processors. Review the Pre-Close Checklist with clients 48 hours prior to closing and attend the closing if the Loan Originator is unavailable (maximum 15 minutes). Contact and gather all necessary conditions for closing.
Client Interaction
Research client scenarios in collaboration with underwriting and investment guidelines. Assist the Loan Originator in scheduling face-to-face appointments with borrowers, refraining from discussing loan terms.
Additional Requirements:
This position prohibits discussing or negotiating loan terms with borrowers. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the mortgage industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Detail orientation and organizational skills are essential. A Mortgage Loan Originator License and marketing experience are preferred. Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This role is based at our Cincinnati location, where long hours may be required while sitting and using office equipment, which can lead to muscle and eye strain. Unless specified, reporting to the licensed branch location during working hours is mandatory to support the Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager.
