Join Our Team! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I in Operations, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, web chats, and written correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with basic inquiries and routine issues through multiple communication channels. Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting customer interactions. Provide valuable feedback regarding call trends and contribute to enhancing training and procedures. Direct customers to appropriate resources or senior staff for more complex inquiries. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Experience in a call center environment is highly preferred. Must be a US citizen, residing within the Continental US. Must be able to pick up equipment at the Maximus location in Pharr, TX. Ability to successfully obtain a favorable Federal suitability clearance post-hire is mandatory. Compensation: The pay for this position is set at $17.60 per hour, consistent with local wage rates established by the Department of Labor.
