The Opportunity
The Netflix marketing team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a skilled Paid Social Specialist to support our Integrated Marketing and Brand Partnerships initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Brand Partnerships Solutions (BPS) team and Social Leads, executing engaging campaigns across all paid social brand partnerships programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee complete paid social campaign execution, ensuring we meet delivery goals through proper setup and monitoring. Deliver mid-campaign and final reports, along with actionable insights for optimizations. Validate platform capabilities to align with campaign strategies, confirming targeting parameters, audience sizes, and acquisition cost expectations. Stay informed about social platform trends and provide intelligence on ad products and policy constraints. Share campaign learnings with stakeholders and propose creative recommendations for enhanced performance. Collaborate with major partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness. Embody and advocate for the company’s values and objectives. Background and Specific Skills 5+ years of experience in managing upper-funnel paid social campaigns focused on awareness and engagement. A strategic thinker with a background in Integrated Marketing or Brand Partnerships. Proficiency in ad management platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and X. Deep knowledge of paid social best practices, including creative formats and reporting tools. Detail-oriented multitasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills with a track record of effective coordination among cross-functional stakeholders. Willingness to work during nights and weekends for campaign launches or urgent client issues. Experience with paid partnership tools and branded content features is a plus. Familiarity with reporting dashboards like Sprinklr is an advantage. At Netflix, we offer a transparent compensation structure with an annual salary and flexible options for stock. The salary range for this role is $135,000.00 - $201,000.00.
