Our Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as our Receptionist, aka Director of First Impressions. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through remarkable customer experiences. This is a fast-paced environment, which requires skillful multi-tasking and strong technical skills. Our Director of First Impressions is the glue and the heart of our Agencies.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for our Agencies

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Service includes customer inquiries, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
