Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
Fully remote for candidates | Experience:
Quoting & Binding Personal Lines Policies About the Role:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring top-notch client service and communication. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks for client insurance policies, such as renewals, remarkets, invoicing, evidence of insurance, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), and Clue Reports. You will also handle proposals, Agency of Record (AOR) requests, cancellations, and policy reviews. Effective communication and coordination with your team will be vital, including delegating tasks to Account Associates. You will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members, supporting their professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Book of Business Management:
Maintain accurate records and manage renewals, remarkets, and quotes for additional lines of business.
Client Protection:
Ensure comprehensive insurance coverage for clients to protect their assets and eliminate any gaps.
Underwriter Collaboration:
Partner with underwriters to craft creative solutions for client needs.
Report Monitoring:
Track expiring policies and past due renewals to ensure timely service.
Invoicing:
Generate and send invoices for new business and renewals, while managing outstanding balances.
Claims Assistance:
Assist clients in navigating the claims process when necessary.
Performance Monitoring:
Ensure that productivity, quality, and service standards are met and recommend improvements when needed.
Supervisor Communication:
Keep an open line of communication with your supervisor about obstacles and performance expectations, seeking and applying performance coaching where beneficial.
Sales Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales personnel to provide tailored solutions for shared clients.
Champion the company’s core values through integrity and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 5+ years of industry experience
Active state licensing (2-20 or 20-44) as required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong skills in multi-tasking, organization, delegation, and decision-making
High accuracy in managing large volumes of work
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School diploma or equivalent

Salary Range The expected salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on your experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
