Manage IT Assets:
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset information related to software and hardware. Conduct Audits:
Perform regular inventory checks of IT assets to ensure alignment with company policies and standards. Maintain Reports:
Track asset utilization and compliance to drive efficiency and prevent overspending. Resolve Issues:
Investigate and address discrepancies related to IT assets for improved data accuracy. Collaborate:
Partner with ITS teams and customers to facilitate effective asset management. Create Documentation:
Draft necessary documents to support the asset management processes. Manage Requests:
Process daily software and hardware requests using our ITAM tool (ServiceNow). Control Inventory:
Maintain strategic oversight of technology assets across the university. Work with Partners:
Streamline acquisition processes in accordance with budgetary and financial needs. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management. Strong understanding of customer-focused ITAM and software/hardware asset management principles. Familiarity with usage rights from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, and TechSmith. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the management of complex spreadsheets. Experience using ServiceNow and HRIS technologies like Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Knowledge of SharePoint. The annual pay range for this position is $53,156.00 - $85,068.00, with actual offers reflecting skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The target hiring range is $58,738.00 - $79,470.00. Exceptional Benefits:
