Creative Experience Designer Rockstar
to elevate our brand, support our events, and help us create experiences people will never forget.
About the Role The Creative Experience Designer is responsible for producing clean, fresh, on-brand creative across company events, presentations, marketing materials, and internal initiatives. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Events to ensure every touchpoint reflects the CBH standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Brand Execution
Design compelling, on-brand marketing materials and event graphics
Create artwork for swag, shirts, stickers, signage, flyers, maps, handouts, and presentations
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
Develop templates (Canva, Drive, etc.) to empower internal teams and increase efficiency
Support executive and event presentations with high-impact visuals
Project Management & Organization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Move projects efficiently from concept to review to final execution
Maintain organized file systems within Master Creative Google Drive and event folders
Respond promptly to requests from Events, Sales, and internal teams
Coordinate print production and vendor communication
Event Experience
Design event mockups including maps, booth layouts, signage diagrams, and table settings
Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown
Ensure all creative elements are installed and executed at a high standard
Research and implement fresh, on-brand swag and décor ideas
Represent the CBH brand professionally at all times
Role Rhythm Weekly
Attend Sales Ops, Marketing, and Event meetings
Update community and event marketing materials
Participate in 1:1 check-ins
Manage printing and vendor communications
Monthly
Support company events
Design and produce marketing collateral and swag
Quarterly
Design signage, awards, and materials for company recap events
Contribute to planning, analytics, and operational improvements

Must-Have Qualifications
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator required)
Proficiency in Canva
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement revisions professionally
High standard for quality and workmanship
Self-starter who adapts quickly to change
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management software
Knowledge of Google Drive organization systems
