Introduction We are seeking a passionate Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead a dynamic communications strategy across ES&I, Software (TA), and TAC. This role is essential in ensuring clear and consistent messaging both internally and externally, supporting key transformational initiatives, and enhancing IBM's brand through compelling storytelling and engagement. Your Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Manage communication channels such as Slack, w3 pages, and structured knowledge repositories, as well as internal email communications for ES&I, Software TA, and TAC. Create and update internal branding materials according to the latest TA Branding guidelines. Develop and maintain internal branding publisher pages for clients and internal stakeholders. Produce 12 ES&I Insider newsletters annually. Organize All Hands calls for all three organizations (12 for ES&I, 4 for Software, 4 for TAC). Coordinate monthly communications for ExecStart and ExecEmpowerment Series. Deliver enablement sessions focused on: Process changes Integration following acquisitions (Software TA) Introduction to new tools and workflows Additional education as needed based on team dynamics External & Inclusion Initiatives Lead and promote inclusion initiatives, including: “Inspiring Voices” podcast (4-6 episodes per year) “Talent Radar” newsletters (12 issues per year) in collaboration with the ES&I Research Team Fireside Chats (4 episodes per year) Assist in creating “Executive Stories” blog posts (12 posts per year) & “New Executives Corner” blog (12 posts per year) Leadership Lens articles (12 posts per year) in partnership with the Talent Marketing Team Monitor the reach and impact of these initiatives to assess ROI. Transformation Projects Lead communications for transformation projects across the three organizations, engaging stakeholders effectively. Strategically plan and execute communications for executive meetings and business leadership. Branding & Talent Acquisition Partnership Work collaboratively with the Talent Attraction team to ensure message consistency and leverage the latest trends and tools for amplification. Coordinate with B10 TA leadership to foster synergy and share valuable insights. Assist in promoting monthly new executive announcements on LinkedIn and maintain client-facing materials with the Talent Attraction team. Special Projects Proactively respond to leadership requests and deliver strategic solutions for emerging challenges. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Communication Excellence:
