Part-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist - Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while ensuring clean, organized, and safe workspace environments. Deliver outstanding customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with team members as needed. Safely operate and maintain powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) while strictly following all safety protocols. Enhance inventory accuracy using the Orders App, ensuring compliance with SIMS, and work with leadership to resolve any discrepancies. Complete administrative responsibilities, such as conducting audits, following up on orders, and managing locker systems while promptly reporting safety or theft issues. Exemplify a customer-first mindset in all daily tasks, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Be open to taking on additional responsibilities to support business needs. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience working with computers, including data input and modification. 6 months experience using retail technology like smartphones and tablets. Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (must be obtained if not already certified). Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6 months experience in a retail environment. 6 months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment, preferably in home improvement or hardware retail sectors, especially in departments like kitchen, plumbing, electrical, or lawn and garden. 6 months experience with handling products or materials, including inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading across various industries.
