IT Business Analyst - Public Sector Solutions

Our Services Include: Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement Business Enablement Business Solutions Project Assurance Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis across various business platforms. Prepare and present informative status reports for clients. Analyze large data sets to derive meaningful insights. Develop expertise in enterprise IT system analysis and development. Gain knowledge in federal and state policies, particularly federal funding requirements. Assist with the execution of major project phases or tasks. Collaborate on proposal writing teams, contributing to submissions. Help prepare written reports and major deliverables for clients. Collect and manage project-related data efficiently. Support project budget development and client invoicing processes. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications: Must reside in or around the greater Sacramento area. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Detail-oriented approach to addressing business and technical challenges. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Self-motivated with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity. Passion for lifelong learning, staying informed about current industry trends. Commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Strong analytical abilities, including experience in reviewing IT systems and understanding policy and legislation. Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Access, PowerPoint, and Excel. IIBA and/or PMI certifications are a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT, or related fields. Supervisory Responsibility: None Working Conditions: This remote position may require occasional travel for team or client meetings. Be fully focused on completing your job responsibilities. Our compensation for this role varies based on multiple factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
