
Provide strategic and operational leadership for DTC fulfillment operations.
Own P&L performance including labor budgets and productivity targets.
Establish and manage operational KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership teams.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, Transportation, and IT teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee labor planning and peak season readiness.
Optimize parcel shipping performance and costs.
Serve as senior escalation point for client issues.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing high-volume e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of WMS, labor management, and reporting tools.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Experience with parcel and last-mile operations preferred.
Physical Requirements
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
Sitting for extended periods of time
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Occasional travel (20–30%).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
5+ years of DTC or e-commerce fulfillment leadership preferred.
3PL or contract logistics experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
