Profile
5+ years of U.S. marketing experience within a CDMO (biologics preferred; CGT or small molecules considered)
Native or near-native English proficiency
Passionate, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Thrives in multicultural, growth‑stage environments
Resilient and able to drive progress despite budget or operational constraints
Key Responsibilities
Refine corporate messaging across slide decks, website, and social media
Elevate executive and technical presentations (advanced PowerPoint skills required)
Plan and execute U.S. and international conference marketing (booth design, collateral, social campaigns, lead management)
Develop marketing literature supporting U.S. sales (European experience a plus)
Manage website updates and digital presence
Execute email marketing campaigns and design templates
Organize technical webinars on third‑party platforms
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Create/edit social media, video, and graphic content
Track and manage conference leads
Collaboration & Growth
Partner closely with U.S. leadership and Chinese counterparts
Navigate cross‑cultural dynamics with professionalism and diplomacy
Balance collaboration with firmness when needed
Opportunity to build and lead a marketing team within 2–3 years
