Client Interaction Specialist Shift:

1st Shift Days:

Monday-Friday (Flexible start time between 7 AM and 8 AM; some weekend night work may be required on-site.) Compensation:

Shape your career. Role Purpose: Your mission will be to ensure consistent operational processes and results across various regions/sites for a designated customer account. Key Responsibilities: Customer: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding operational performance, in collaboration with the account manager Communicate operational actions, results, and initiatives effectively between the customer and the site Support the Business Development Manager in strategies for account growth Ensure customer contract requirements are clear, accurate, and actionable Process: Monitor on-site service levels to guarantee performance metrics meet customer and company standards Develop and oversee customer-specific work processes on-site, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, including SOPs Lead continuous improvement initiatives across customer sites Facilitate the sharing of best practices across different customer sites Execute on-site customer projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by management Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma is required Bachelor's Degree is preferred 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar is required 2 years of experience in the logistics industry is preferred Our organization is an equal opportunity employer.
