About The Role & Team The Special Projects and Investor Relations Senior Associate will work closely with the Executive Director of Business Development, supporting initiatives across Product Research & Development, Project Management, Investor Relations, Strategic Communications, and General Strategy. This highly cross-functional role provides regular exposure to internal and external C-suite executives, international technology teams, trading & operations, marketing, and institutional stakeholders.
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in advancing high-impact business initiatives, strengthening investor communications, and supporting the development and rollout of innovative technologies and strategic partnerships that drive the firm’s growth.
In This Role, You Will
Lead and support strategic partnership initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and executing collaboration opportunities with fintech firms, technology providers, and other key industry players.
Support and help execute Investor Relations initiatives, including preparing investor materials, coordinating communications with institutional investors and analysts, and ensuring consistent external messaging.
Assist in the development of earnings support materials, investor presentations, executive talking points, and other external communications.
Collaborate with multiple departments (Technology/Product Development, Trading & Operations, Marketing, and C-suite) to drive business development projects forward.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate industry trends, investor sentiment, potential partners, and emerging business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem.
Develop and deliver high-quality analytical reports and executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, written briefs, and verbal updates).
Help manage the investor communications calendar, including tracking key deliverables, earnings preparation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate seamless execution of strategic and communications initiatives.
Manage multiple project timelines by maintaining clear status reporting, proactively coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Synthesize complex financial, operational, and industry data into clear, compelling narratives for executive and external audiences.
Participate in high-level discussions and negotiations with external partners and support preparation materials for leadership engagements.
Support other tasks related to analysis and strategic projects as required.
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong experience in a tech or fintech environment (particularly within the broker-dealer ecosystem).
Demonstrated experience supporting investor relations, corporate communications, business development, or corporate strategy initiatives.
Proven ability to help establish and manage strategic partnerships and external stakeholder relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while quickly adapting to shifting priorities.
Willingness to participate in evening (8pm–9pm EST) conference calls (1–2 times per week) to accommodate global time zones.
Strong research skills with the ability to acquire and synthesize new information independently.
Excellent analytical, record‑keeping, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to structure complex projects into actionable plans.
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
What Makes You Stand Out
Prior experience in Investor Relations, corporate communications, or capital markets–facing roles.
Strong executive presence and polished written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience supporting earnings cycles, investor decks, or public‑company communications.
Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving priorities.
Highly organized self‑starter with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent or intermediate in Mandarin is a plus.

This role is based in our St Pete Global HQ (200 Carillon Pkwy, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $90,000 - 115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
