Save Job

Cupertino, California, United States Sales and Business Development

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, great ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.

Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to process and system changes? Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes‑to‑market, and growing complexity of sales plays.

As a Change Management Lead, you will assist global owners to drive adoption of new processes as part of a new enterprise technology solution based on Salesforce. These processes support Apple’s Business‑to‑Business (B2B) efforts. Working closely with regional change management teams, you will focus on the people side of change, including assessing the change impact and designing, developing, and delivering training and communications for new business processes impacting key internal and external partners (B2B focused Apple resellers and carriers).
