The individual is responsible for overseeing modeling and budgeting for all CSS business units.
The individual is responsible for the strategic planning, fiscal reporting, long range strategic planning, financial forecasting and process improvement project management.
This position will provide guidance to the OSUWMC Administrator, Perioperative Services, on strategic and operational fiscal matters.
The Managing Director (CSS) will oversee both clinical operations and business operations.
Individual will apply proven communication, analytical, operational, financial, and problem-solving skills to conduct daily operations and align with the mission, values, culture, overall performance, and strategy of the Central Sterile Supply Department.* Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in the field of business administration, healthcare administration, or similar required.* Current IAHCSMM or CSPDT Central Sterile Technician certification or earned within 6 months of hire* At least 7 years related work experience in a similarly complex organization required.* Desired Masters’ Degree* Desired certification in Lean Six Sigma with process improvement and team building experience* Desired 10+ years related experience## Additional Information:## Location:Central Sterile Supply (1029)## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:*****Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
