Job Responsibilities

Development of new or maintenance of existing power applications supporting complex business processes.

Intake scope and b

Apply Power Platform governance, documentation, security, and best practices, including environment management and role‑based access

Education Minimum

Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Business Analyst Location: Hybrid - Oakland, CA (required to be onsite once a week on Tuesday's)

*REMOTE & LOCAL CANDIDATES within the state of CA* The role is remote or hybrid depending on the candidate.

-If the successful hire is near OGO or our other facility in Rocklin we would like to have them once a week. Though a candidate can also be 100% remote if they are further out.

*EQUIPMENT: Laptop will be provided. If there is a backlog, vendor to provide a laptop or utilize a personal device with Citrix until the laptop is available.

Job Summary The Business Analyst supports executive and regulator facing presentations by delivering accurate, high‑quality data analysis, reporting, and validation. This individual contributor role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with an emphasis on Excel based analysis, data quality control, and compliance related support in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze data sets using Excel (including pivots and trackers) to support reporting and presentations.

Perform data quality checks, identify trends, issues, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.

Develop and maintain tracking tools and reporting views for ongoing and ad‑hoc requests.

Summarize findings clearly to support leadership‑level and oversight‑related materials.

Gather, organize, and validate supporting documentation and evidence.

Support compliance, audit, and control‑related activities through data validation and documentation review.

Work across multiple data sources and systems to reconcile and confirm reported data.

Assist with preparation and review of presentation materials.

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, reporting, or compliance‑related role.

Strong Excel skills, including working with large data sets and pivot tables.

Strong attention to detail and ability to ask questions to ensure data accuracy.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
