We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing operational excellence with strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, including office, retail, and/or industrial assets
Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and issue resolution
Prepare and manage annual property budgets; monitor expenses and control costs
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and on-site staff
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and safety standards
Conduct regular property inspections and address deficiencies
Prepare and present financial reports, operating statements, and variance analyses
Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and ownership teams to meet asset performance goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
5-7+ years of commercial property management experience
Strong understanding of commercial leases, budgets, and financial reporting
Experience managing vendor contracts and capital projects
Proficiency with property management software
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
20% travel
