The Role: Strategy, Modeling, & Capital:
Financial Architect: Develop and refine complex financial models to support long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Capital Markets: Lead the charge on capital raising. Identify and cultivate relationships with investors and strategic partners to drive growth.
Scenario Planning: Run sensitivity analyses to tell us what happens if... (market shifts, interest rates, supply chain costs).
Executive Partner: Translate complex quantitative data into clear, actionable insights for the C‑Suite and stakeholders.
What We Need From You:
The Education: MBA Required (or Master’s in a related quantitative discipline). Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
The Experience: 5+ years in Financial Planning, Investment Banking, or Real Estate Private Equity (REPE).
The Skills: Expert-level Excel modeling is non-negotiable. You must be able to build dynamic, 3‑statement models from scratch.
The Communication: You can explain complex IRR, ROI, and capitalization strategies to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
Target Total Comp: Up to $240,000 (Base + Bonuses)
