Your Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued commercial customers.
Provide an outstanding customer experience using the GAS2 selling approach.
Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets while fulfilling service objectives.
Support and mentor team members for their professional development.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to enhance overall team performance.
Coordinate with drivers to guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries.
Effectively manage commercial stocking programs.
Grow a robust network of second source suppliers.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee core bank and commercial return processes with efficiency.
Manage commercial credit accounts diligently.
Work alongside the General Manager to ensure optimal driver coverage.

Essential Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, suspension, brakes, electronics, and exhaust.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
Able to read and interpret safety documents and maintenance instructions.
Ability to follow instructions from various sources accurately.
Competence in basic mathematics for effective inventory management.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
Organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Understanding of commercial profitability and client prioritization within market opportunities.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with automotive parts preferred.
Proven track record of sales success in fulfilling customer transactions.
Experience in team leadership with a focus on collaborative achievements.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Demands:
This position involves extensive walking or standing. Candidates should be capable of communication, using hands for handling parts, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus as necessary.
Work Environment:
Your primary workspace will be indoors; however, some duties may require occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions. You may be exposed to mechanical parts, chemicals, and moderate noise levels typical of the automotive industry.
This role is eligible for sales commissions based on individual and store performance.
