Lead with Purpose, partner with Impact.

This individual will serve as the subject matter expert on the PWS platform and partner applications comprising the platform. They will engage regularly with existing and prospective advisors and staff to promote the PWS value proposition, to assess the advisor(s) needs, recommend the right solutions, and provide onsite support to establish the recommended solutions. They will work closely with PWS leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the Kestra platform to remain competitive in the market.

What you’ll do To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty s atisfactorily :

Client Experience – o wn the overall communication and problem solving of the existing PWS advisor/support staff population. Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal advisor team experience . Includes maintaining retention tracker and assisting with retention ideas for PWS population .

Technology Systems “Three Pillar Method – Consulting, Training and Escalations ” – b ecome an expert on PWS’ tech stack offering and serve as the central point of contact for the incoming and existing PWS advisor/support staff population on t heir technology platform , including but not limited to financial planning tools, customer relationship management software, performance reporting tools , and client service solutions . P artner with internal departments to maximize the value of solutions offered through our pl atform , set up demos for users, and handhold escalations through completion .

On-site Transition Support – will be onsite day of/ after a firm registers with PWS to assist with advisor/support staff onboard onto the Kestra preferred tech stack platforms , provide necessary training on platforms to ensure successful team implementation , troubleshoot problems for teams in cl including but not limited to their various technology platforms and general onsite questions. On an ongoing basis, site visits for wellness checks to ensure continued successful and efficient platform usage.

Events and Marketing - l iaise with the events and creative departments to ensure delivery of up-to-date high-quality products and services . Assist with K estra events and PWS events on communication and organization of a dvisor and s upport s taff involvement , including events such as podcasts, peer group roundtables & peer sharing, Peer Perspective comms, Advisor/Staff Council Meetings, PWS Symposium and Connect Events .

General Assistance to Management Team – will work with all members of the PWS team . Lead weekly meetings, generate regular reporting, and coordinate the PWS executives visits to current and future PWS offices . Point of contact for incoming and existing PWS advisors when scheduling meetings with PWS team members.

What You Bring To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular and predictable attendance is required . Individual should have the following skills and abilities.

College degreerequiredorcombination ofequivalent industry related experience.

Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and extremely organized.

Interpersonal, networking and influencing skills .

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate with advisors effectively and persuasively at all levels of the organization.

Working backwards to lead the end-user experience .

Work well with others in a small, elite team atmosphere.

Deliver outcomes at the highest professional standards.

MS Office experience required .

General understanding of technology and technology systems preferred .

Red T ail, eMoney , Albridge, Black Diamond and other financial technology platform experience preferred.Previous experience o f the wirehouse or independent financial advisor industry preferred .

Ability to travel to advisor sites, as well as other conferences, as needed.

Up to 30 %
