Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successfully manage the fulfillment of all incoming orders.
Promptly resolve any sales order issues.
Process approved Credit and Debit requests efficiently.
Execute Change Orders as required.
Serve as the primary contact for audits, retrieving necessary documentation.
Collaborate effectively with Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to enhance service quality.
Address customer complaints and inquiries with prompt and effective responses.
Train team members on new processes.
Provide backup support for team members when needed.
Assist with the entry of Global Business group orders.
Conduct testing of SAP order changes in compliance with IT and Quality specifications.
Monitor team communication channels to ensure timely responses.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills.
Able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with SAP SD and Salesforce.com processes and functionalities.
Physical Requirements: The role demands the following physical capabilities: Ability to sit for 75-100% of the work time.
Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers, including typing, for up to 100% of work time.
Ability to stand, talk, and hear for a significant portion of the work period.
Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds occasionally.
Travel: Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be needed based on business needs. Salary and Benefits: Salary range: $20.40 - $28.08 (Dependent on Experience)
