You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional communication, ensuring precise order entry, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about product availability and applications to help our customers succeed every day. How You Will Make a Difference: Provide exceptional, world-class customer service in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members at all levels. Offer product information and respond to technical inquiries regarding product use, installation, and applications. Ensure accurate order entry on the same day as receipt. Prepare written price quotations as requested by Sales or Management. Monitor order fulfillment and proactively communicate updates to customers. Stay informed on pricing, product design, and availability. Process EDI orders for assigned accounts as needed. Support and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures. Engage in daily KPI reviews and regular team meetings. Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Your Qualifications: Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues across all organizational levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required; willingness to learn new software programs is essential. Basic math skills to convert between square feet and metric measurements. Creative thinking and the ability to approach challenges with innovation. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous order entry experience (AS400 knowledge is a plus). Experience with contract pricing is beneficial. Familiarity with SalesForce is highly desirable. This is an Hourly Role. Annualized Salary: Up to $55,000 based on experience.
