In addition, you will be responsible for:
Issuing cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and series E bonds
Addressing customer inquiries in person and over the phone
Referring customers to specialized bank services as appropriate
Accurately logging all transactions, including checks and other services
Preparing important currency transaction reports
To help expand our services, you will also:
Cross-sell bank products and current promotions
Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate representatives
Complete special requests, such as account closures and check orders
Assist with currency exchanges and safe-deposit box procedures
Maintaining accuracy and security is vital, and you will:
Reconcile cash drawers and loan coupons
Ensure an adequate supply of cash
Adhere to bank operations and security protocols
