In this role, you will excel as a Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect with a strong problem-solving aptitude. You will collaborate with project teams to identify and analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions. Your Responsibilities: Design and deliver technology architecture for Salesforce platform engagements. Define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and managing your team for effective performance. Be accountable for team decisions, engaging with multiple stakeholders and contributing to key projects. Offer innovative solutions applicable across various teams. Maintain expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. Possess strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Value Architecture & Realization. Lead architectural discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives. Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and enhance stakeholder participation. Develop and maintain architectural documentation supporting project delivery. Mentor team members on best practices in technology architecture and design. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance our architecture framework. What You'll Need: At least 4 years of experience in Cloud-based CPQ solutions. A minimum of 4 years of direct experience with Salesforce CPQ. At least 2 years of implementation experience in Quote to Cash for CPQ. Experience serving CMT clients and/or the CMT Industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years relevant experience; for Associates Degree, a minimum of 6 years is required). Bonus Points: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform. Experience with Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ. Functional knowledge of business process design and six sigma principles. Previous participation in successful CPQ software project implementations. Understanding of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies. Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configuration, testing, and other implementation activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven technical background.
