
As a Senior Annuity Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing innovative product strategies that enhance our customers' experience. Your expertise in product journey mapping, business process improvement, and OKR management will be essential in driving successful outcomes for our annuity products.
You will have the opportunity to:
Transform the product vision into actionable steps by creating a team backlog filled with user stories that feature clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer needs and larger business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to prioritize enhancements, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed about developments.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements in the team backlog, ensuring they meet both customer and business goals.
Oversee the product backlog and roadmap in coordination with the Tech Lead, ensuring alignment with development timelines.
Break down data requirements efficiently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of product functionalities that elevate customer experiences.
Work alongside data and AI subject matter experts to uphold the highest standards in data and AI across our products.
Prepare for product releases by conducting go-to-market readiness activities, including coordinating with the Product Development Manager on the release strategy.
Qualifications you bring include: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
Experience in the annuity sector is a plus.
Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps, leverage customer insights, and ensure compliance with data and AI standards.
A strong foundation in product journey mapping, business process improvements, and OKR management.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently.

$99,150.00 - $162,885.00 This salary range represents a good faith estimate of base pay for the position in its primary location and may vary based on education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
