Job Description
This role is designed to surpass customer expectations through collaboration, anticipation, and resolution while serving with care, compassion, and confidence. The position requires ownership of the customer experience and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations. A seamless customer experience, both online and offline, is essential, coupled with attentive communication skills focusing on patience, accuracy, and empathetic listening.
Responsibilities
Solve customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses while managing multiple contact channels, prioritizing static case management, outbound calls and emails, and dynamic inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Collaborate with HR service center team members and HR groups globally to drive resolutions with urgency.
Identify at-risk or distressed customer relationships and initiate corrective actions with compassion, utilizing available tools and timely escalation.
Capture customer feedback and leverage opportunities to encourage improvements in team behaviors.
Identify roadblocks to quality customer service and recommend improvements.
Meet or exceed standards for schedule adherence and reliability.
Essential Skills Strong organizational skills for handling multiple channels including phone calls, chats, emails, and appointments.
Extensive technology application usage and broad knowledge of HR processes and programs.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with peers and HR groups, navigating complex organizations with a focus on collaboration.
Strong knowledge of HR programs and processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Software knowledge is advantageous, especially Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Workday, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish are necessary.
Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to work demands, with mandatory overtime required seasonally.
Work Environment The working hours for this position are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The role involves using a variety of technology applications and handling a broad range of HR processes and programs. Flexibility in work schedule is required to meet seasonal demands, including mandatory overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lake Bluff, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
